      Sergio Acuña is a photographer and filmmaker based in Puerto Rico. His focus area is non-narrative Time-Lapse Photography and Aerial Photography. During the year 2016 he spent 9 months in Europe, mainly in Germany, shooting Time-Lapses in Freiburg and Amsterdam. Since 2015 Sergio has worked with Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems for filmmaking. Sergio is a Part 107 Remote Pilot and currently flies a fleet of 2 DJI Phantom Aircrafts. His goals in the area of Aerial Photography is to continue pushing the envelope of what is possible with the most current technology while abiding by current laws and regulations. 

       During the year 2015 Sergio worked as Production Coordinator at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), where he developed editing workflows for multi-editors projects. While at GTRI he was tasked with the creation of short videos depicting all stages of the Flight Tests of an autonomous aircraft system for the Office of Naval Research. He is also one of the Co-Founders of the Atlanta based production company, Pseudomorph Films. During Pseudomorph Film's first year he was the cinematographer of the award winning film "The Difference."

       His goal as a photographer and filmmaker is to be able to create content that pushes the boundary of what is technically possible, while simultaneously telling an interesting and compelling story.
